This following information is important for all racers / crew
SummerSlam will be raced as per last seasons SummerSlam that being -
Doorslammers will run to the 1/8th mile - round robin 3 rounds
Top Alcohol will run to the 1/4 mile - round robin 3 rounds
Comp bike will run to the 1/4 mile - round robin. 3 rounds
All other classes non winner no return however there will be grudge racing throughout the day.
Garages-
conditions of garage hireage are as follows-
in 7am - 8pm one day hire
7am - 8pm following day 2 day hire.
2 Day hire will be given preference.
As it is a one day event, if you come in on the evening of the 2nd you can stay on until the evening of the 3rd. If in the event of rain and we need to use the raindate 4th, and you wish to keep your garage, you will need to pay for that day.
Zero tolerance of abuse to any track official or volunteer. Action will be taken and or removal from the complex. We are all there to have fun and the hard working volunteers and officials deserve respect. If you have a complaint, please come and see the management immediately.
Camping- Camping must be pre booked and paid for as space is limited. Hot showers and toilets are available and security will be on all night.
Please adhere to the noise restrictions and curfew as if we upset the locals, camping will no longer be allowed. Please see the pre entry form for camping prices. These costs are for Taupo Motorsport Park for water and power.
